This footage is provided by the “Ba Htoo Army” (BHA), an anti-junta faction involved in the ongoing conflict in Myanmar. Herein, they are shown attacking a position held by the Myanmar military in Dawei, in the Tanintharyi region.
The Ba Htoo Army is named after a famed officer in the Second World War, who gave his life resisting the Japanese in what was then called Burma. Presumably, they seek to inspire similar resistance to oppression at the hands of the junta. This video begins from the perspective of a machine gunner as they attack a guard complex on the outskirts of Dawei.
At approximately 03:38, the perspective switches to another fighter. Somewhat humorously, although probably not so to him, his optic appears to fall off at 03:30.
The video provides a good overview of that variety of weapons the BHA use, including drones, machine guns and under-barrel grenade launchers.
